Clean Pancake Recipe


INGREDIENTS 
1 banana (mashed) 
1/2 c oatmeal (blended into flour)
1/3 c coconut flour 
1 tsp baking powder 
2 eggs 
4 tbs water 

DIRECTIONS 
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Your batter will be think. You can add more water if you would like.

Peanut Butter Chocolate coconut Banana Nice Cream


INGREDIENTS 
2 frozen very ripe bananas 
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 tbs natural peanut butter 
small handful shredded coconut 
small handful dark chocolate 
milk of choice as needed 
1 tsp 100% maple syrup 

DIRECTIONS 
1. Blend bananas in a high powered food processor. 
2. Add all ingredients and mix well. 

Coconut Water Fruit Smoothie


 INGREDIENTS 
1 banana 
1 avocado 
1 peach 
Fresh coconut water 
1tbs 100% pure maple syrup 
1 tbs flax seeds 
1 tbs chia seeds 
few ice cubes 

DIRECTIONS 
Add all ingredients with enough of coconut water to mix well. You can use any liquid you want.

Delicious Smoothie


INGREDIENTS 
1 banana 
1 orange 
1 carrot 
2 small celery stalks 
1/4 large cucumber 
1/2 c cantaloupe 
1 tbs extra virgin coconut oil 
1tbs flax seeds 
1tbs chia seeds 
1 tbs raw honey 
1 tbs plain Greek yogurt
Handful of ice cubes 

DIRECTIONS 
*Add all ingredients and blend well. 

Banana Chocolate Oatmeal



1/2 c oats 
1 c water 
1 banana 
< 1/3 c dark chocolate chips 

1. Mash banana 
2. Cook oats as indicated on the package
3. Add all ingredients and mix well. 

**Super easy, delicious and healthy! 

Fruit and Veggie Super Smoothie


 INGREDIENTS
1 orange 
1 avocado
1 pear 
1 kiwi 
1 carrot
1 celery stalk 
1 tbs honey 
1 tbs flaxseeds 
1 tbs chia seeds 

DIRECTIONS 
Add all ingredients and mix well. 

Avocado Berry Pineapple Super Smoothie



INGREDIENTS 
1 avocado 
10 strawberries 
1/3 c blueberries 
Handful blackberries 
10 frozen pineapple pieces 
1 tbs honey 
1 tbs flax seeds 
1 tbs chia seeds 
Handful spinach 
Handful kale 
Water to desired consistency 

DIRECTIONS 
Add all ingredients and blend well. 

Cinnamon Carmel Banana Nice Cream



INGREDIENTS 
4-5 very ripe frozen bananas 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
3 dates 
Handful fresh raspberries 
1/2 handful walnuts crushed 
1/2 handful dark chocolate chips 
Milk of choice as needed 

DIRECTIONS 
1. Blend bananas in a high speed food processor. (I don't have one yet so I used my bullet and small food processor). Add milk as needed. Set aside in freezer. 
2. Crush walnuts 
3. Blend 3 dates with a tiny amount of your milk of choice. 
4. Mix all ingredients.

**Everyone should try this. You will never want to go back to the real thing and feeling oh so guilty again. The consistency is amazing and is naturally so sweet and delicious. My 20 Month old approved as well. 

Italian Creamy Red Sauce Zoodles


 INGREDIENTS 

1 large zucchini 
8 cherry tomatoes 
1/4 small onion (finely chopped)
2 large handfuls kale 
1 c tomato sauce (canned or homemade) 
1/3 c black beans (canned or dried) 
1 tbs garlic powder 
1 tps onion powder
I tsp raw honey 
1 tbs oregano 
1 tbs Italian seasoning 
1/4 C sharp cheddar cheese 
2 tbs plain Greek yogurt 

ZOODLE DIRECTIONS
1. Shred zucchini. (I used the large part of a cheese grater). 
2.  Half cherry tomatoes. 
3. Add zucchini, tomatoes, 1/2 tbs garlic powder, and 1/2 tbs onion powder to a pan and simmer with water until desired tenderness. 
4. Drain and set aside 

BEAN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook beans. If you used canned you can just add them in with the next step. 

SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients except the 1/2 tbs of garlic and onion powder used above and kale. Simmer on medium heat for 10-15 min. 
2. Add kale. 
3. pour 1/2 of sauce on top of the zoodles and tomatoes and enjoy.

How To Crack A Coconut


How To Crack A Coconut  

THINGS YOU WILL NEED 

1. Sharp object 
2. Hammer
3. Cup
4. Potato peeler
5. Oven 

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 
2. There are three eyes on a coconut. Find the soft one and with a sharp object pierce it, and work it in. What I used is in the picture above. (You will be able to tell quickly which eye you need)
3. Drain the coconut water and drink it. 
4. Place in oven and bake for 10-15 min. I did mine for 10 min and it cracked. 
5. With a hammer hit around the equator of the coconut. It should pop out of the shell very easily. If not use your sharp object to pry out. Should not take much. 
6. With a potato peeler peal the skin away. 
7. Eat! 

** Coco nut is such a great snack and satisfying snack.
