1 banana
1 orange
1 carrot
2 small celery stalks
1/4 large cucumber
1/2 c cantaloupe
1 tbs extra virgin coconut oil
1tbs flax seeds
1tbs chia seeds
1 tbs raw honey
1 tbs plain Greek yogurt
Handful of ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
